REFUNDS, RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

All Refunds, Rescheduling and Cancellations are subject to a $25.00 non-refundable processing fee, per student per class.  Refunds are provided for cancellations made at least two weeks (10 business days) prior to the day of class.  NO REFUNDS are allowed if cancellation is made less than 10 business days prior to class.  Classes may be rescheduled (1) If notice is provided more than 10 business days prior to class date, the date may be rescheduled within 90 days of notice or the option for a refund; (2) If notice is provided less than 10 business days prior to class, the date may be rescheduled within 90 days of notice and there is no eligibility for a refund.
No rescheduling or refunds are allowed for “no shows”. 

While we make every effort to deliver all classes for which we accept registrations, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule at any time.  In the event we cancel a class, you will receive a full refund for all fees paid.  As always, we will keep you informed of the status of any class, as fast as possible.  We are not liable for travel expenses or any other expenses you may incur.
