We realize that there may be times when you need to return a product, so Sage Software offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on ACT! 2013 Products. A 15% processing fee will apply to all returns. There will be no returns or refunds for ACT! 2012 or older products, any purchased services or 3rd party add-on solution products. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
