How it Works... 
Once you have scheduled your training session you will receive an email that contains meeting ID, conference call number and a link to connect to the session. A few minutes prior to your session start time, click on the link and you will be asked to download the Citrix client that will complete typically in less than a minute. You will also receive printable reference materials for all topics covered in your session.
