ACT! TRAINING TOPICS Every participant will receive a training manual of the topics covered in the training sessions. Below are training topics grouped by general use and skill level, you can select a standard course or pick your topics to create a custom sessions. As each user role or department (sales, service, marketing, management) may utilize the program differently we can provide a custom session based on job function requirements.
