Act! Software works very hard to ensure that you receive the very best in quality and functionality from each of their products. Swiftpage warrants that, for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of (electronic) delivery of the Software to you (the "Limited Warranty Period"), the Software will substantially conform in material respects to the specifications set forth in the Documentation, when installed, operated and used as recommended in the Documentation and in accordance with their End User License Agreement. Provided you notify Swiftpage in writing during the Limited Warranty Period of a defect, and if Swiftpage is able to replicate and verify that such defect exists, Swiftpage will, at its option, replace the defective media or refund the money you paid for the Software. THIS IS YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IN THE EVENT OF A BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. Swiftpage does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or that the Software will be error-free.
A 15% processing fee will apply to all Act! Software Limited Warranty Returns. There will be no returns or refunds for ACT! v17 or older products, any vertical database or purchased services (consulting, customization or training) or 3rd party add-on solution products - these items are not returnable after purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
NOTE: FOR ACT! V18 SOFTWARE (SWIFTPAGE) LIMITED WARRANTY RETURNS YOU MUST CONTACT US AFTER WORKING WITH ACT! TECHNICAL SUPPORT WITH AN ACT! TECHNICAL SUPPORT CASE NUMBER AND THE LIMITED WARRANTY RETURN AUTHORIZATION APPROVAL. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE PROVIDED IN AN EMAIL TO SALES@ACTPLATINUM.COM FOR A RMA NUMBER TO BE ISSUED FOR THE WARRANTY RETURN & REFUNDABLE AMOUNT TO BE PROCESSED BACK TO THE PURCHASER'S CREDIT CARD.
