Make Creating Company Records EASY
The Companies feature was
introduced in ACT! 2005. Companies are used to organize your Contact
Records, you can link your contact records to their company record. And by
viewing the company record, all of the associated contact data (such as
notes, histories, activities and opportunities) are compiled for you. You
will be able to see when you last contacted the company, who was involved
and what occurred.
Manually creating company records one at a time is time consuming. Using
this inexpensive tool allows you to create companies or link contacts to
existing companies for your entire
database or a lookup in a matter of minutes.
Some reasons to use Company Maker are:
-> If you currently use ACT! and have a database with lots of
contact records but have not used the companies feature -> If you are upgrading your ACT! from a
previous version (such as ACT! 6) that did not have the companies feature -> If your business purchases lists and
want to create companies from the imported contact records
