Platinum CRM Consulting
provides on-site support for all ACT! Products
(ACT!, ACT! for Web, ACT! for Financial Professionals, and
ACT! for Real Estate)
for versions ACT! 2000 (v.5) through ACT! 2010 (v.12).
Standard support shall be performed during the operating
hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST Monday-Friday. After hours
support can be provided subject to Platinum CRM Consulting’s
staff availability.
COVERS: ACT! support is defined as help with
installation, upgrade assistance and basic program
usability. ACT! support does not include operating system
software support and hardware support.
COST: The on-site support cost is
$150.00 per hour and there is a 2 hour minimum, any additional time is
billed at $25.00 per 10 minutes. Payment is due at the
end of the support appointment and payment forms accepted
are cash, check and
major credit cards. Travel charges may apply.
