Platinum CRM Consulting provides single incident support for all ACT! Products (ACT!, ACT! for Web, ACT! for Financial Professionals, and ACT! for Real Estate) for versions ACT! 2000 (v.5) through ACT! 2010 (v.12).  Standard support shall be performed during the operating hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST Monday-Friday. After hours support can be provided subject to Platinum CRM Consulting’s staff availability.

COVERS: ACT! support is defined as help with installation, upgrade assistance and basic program usability. ACT! support does not include operating system software support and hardware support.

COST:  The single incident support cost is $75.00 and includes up to 30 minutes, any additional time is billed at $25.00 per 10 minutes.  Payment is made by major credit card by purchasing a single support incident from our eStore prior to your support session.

GUARANTEE:
Problems with your database or with your computer that are discovered may be outside our control and there is no guarantee that all issues can be resolved. In the event that we cannot resolve the issue you will only be charged for the single incident support cost of $75.00 for our diagnosis and recommendations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the extent permitted by law, you agree that Platinum CRM Consulting’s total liability for damages related to its remote services is limited to the total amount you paid for the remote services, and you release Platinum CRM Consulting from liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Platinum CRM Consulting is not liable for loss, alteration, or corruption of any data or for your inability to use your ACT! software, computer equipment or other product.
