How it Works...
When you sign up for a session we will contact you to schedule the date and
time and the information you would like to cover in your session. You will
receive an email that contains meeting ID, conference call number and a link
to connect to the session. A few minutes prior to your session start time,
click on the link and you will be asked to download the citrix client that
will complete in less than a minute. The session time starts once the
training desktop is displayed.
Security and Confidentiality...
GoToMeeting is the most secure online meeting product available. It is the
only solution to use industry-standard SSL and U.S. government-standard
128-bit AES encryption to ensure that your sessions are always secure. Also,
it is not possible to catch or spread a virus or become exposed to spyware
when you are using GoToMeeting as either a host or attendee.
The Fine Print...
All Refunds, Rescheduling and Cancellations are subject to a $15.00
non-refundable processing fee, per session. Refunds are provided for
cancellations made at least one week (5 business days) prior to the day of
the session. NO REFUNDS are allowed if cancellation is made less than
5 business days prior to the session. Sessions may be rescheduled (1) If
notice is provided more than 5 business days prior to session date, the date
may be rescheduled within 30 days of notice or the option for a refund; (2)
If notice is provided less than 5 business days prior to session, the date
may be rescheduled within 30 days of notice and there is no eligibility for
a refund. No rescheduling or refunds are allowed for “no shows”.
While we make every effort to deliver all sessions for which we accept
registrations, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule at any time. In
the event we cancel a session, you will receive a full refund for all fees
paid. We are not liable for any expenses you may incur.
