We bring ACT! training to
you! Eliminate travel time and expenses, cover the content specific to
how your company will utilize the program and have the privacy to discuss
company-specific policies and procedures. We work with you to provide
a ACT! Training
program that balances the training style, the equipment required, the topics
covered, and the number of participants.
effective form of training as each participant will sit at a computer as the
instructor teaches concepts, demonstrates techniques and then leads the user
through exercises to reinforce understanding of topics covered.
Lecture or Seminar style where the instructor presents the techniques as the
audience watches the live demonstration. Presentation training covers
the same content as the hands-on training without the exercises and requires
half the amount of time. This training style is beneficial when there are
Equipment, Time or Budget constraints.
CLASS SIZE ACT! Training
is available for an individual or groups. For group training we
recommend no more than 12 participants in each session. If your
training requires the use of our laptops then the maximum number of
participants will be 6-8 based on available equipment.
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED Your meeting space must be large enough for all
participants, have a screen or wall for projection display, and ample power
supply for equipment required.
PROJECTOR or a flat screen will be required for all training sessions,
we can provide a projector for the training at no additional cost.
WORKSTATIONS will be required for each participant
for hands-on training. You can provide your own workstations or
laptops with ACT! installed or we have laptops with ACT! and Microsoft
Office installed available at an additional cost.
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS Our training sessions and materials
are based on the ACT! Demo database content. We are able to utilize
your company's custom database for the session, also we can incorporate your
database information into the training materials for additional fees.
Every participant will receive a training
manual of the topics covered in the training sessions. Below are training
topics grouped by general use and skill level, you can select a standard
course or pick your topics to create a custom sessions. As each user role
or department (sales, service, marketing, management) may utilize the
program differently we can provide a custom session based on job function
