Our facilities are an ideal venue
conducive to learning ACT!. We provide a comfortable and spacious work
area in a professional environment for our clients.
PHOENIX METRO: 2111 E Baseline Road, Suite A1 in
Tempe
Conveniently located in the East Valley, off the Baseline Exit of the 101.
SEATTLE METRO: 19125 North Creek Parkway, Suite 120 in
Bothell
Conveniently located in the North Seattle area, near the 195th Exit of the
405.
TRAINING STYLE
HANDS-ON:
The most
effective form of training as each participant will sit at a computer as the
instructor teaches concepts, demonstrates techniques and then leads the user
through exercises to reinforce understanding of topics covered. The
Phoenix facility will allow a maximum of 8 participants per session, the
Seattle facility will allow a maximum of 6 participants per session.
PRESENTATION:
Lecture or Seminar style where the instructor presents the techniques as the
audience watches the live demonstration. Presentation training covers
the same content as the hands-on training without the exercises and requires
half the amount of time. This training style is beneficial when there are
Time or Budget constraints. The Phoenix and Seattle facilities will
allow a maximum of 12 participants per session.
ACT! TRAINING TOPICS
Every participant will receive a training manual of the
topics covered in the training sessions. Below are training topics
grouped by general use and skill level, you can select a standard course or
pick your topics to create a custom sessions. As each user role or
department (sales, service, marketing, management) may utilize the program
differently, we can provide a custom session based on job function
requirements.

are based on the ACT! Demo database content. We are able to utilize
your company's custom database for the session, also we can incorporate your
database information into the training materials for additional fees.
