If you have recently
purchased ACT! or if you are a self-taught user our ACT! Public Training
classes are for you! Training is designed to help you get the best
return on your software investment by focusing on the tasks you need to know
to increase your productivity and run your business more effectively. We’ll
teach you basic skills as well as tips and tricks. Plus all of our classes
are hands-on to ensure that you get the most from your training.
LOCATIONS
Our facilities are an ideal venue
conducive to learning ACT!. We provide a comfortable and spacious work
area in a professional environment for our clients.
The Phoenix facility will
allow a maximum of 8 participants per session, the Seattle facility will
allow a maximum of 6 participants per session.

ALL
TRAINING IS HANDS-ON
Hands-on training is the most effective form of training as you will sit at
a provided computer as the instructor teaches concepts, demonstrates
techniques and then leads the you through exercises to reinforce
understanding of topics covered.
ACT! TRAINING SESSIONS
Every participant receives a training manual of the topics
covered in the training sessions. Training will utilize the ACT! 2010
program, but is applicable to users of ACT! 2005 or newer.

REFUNDS,
RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS
All Refunds, Rescheduling and Cancellations are subject to
a $25.00 non-refundable processing fee, per student per class.
Refunds are provided for cancellations made at least two weeks (10
business days) prior to the day of class. NO REFUNDS are
allowed if cancellation is made less than 10 business days prior to
class. Classes may be rescheduled (1) If notice is provided more
than 10 business days prior to class date, the date may be
rescheduled within 90 days of notice or the option for a refund; (2)
If notice is provided less than 10 business days prior to class, the
date may be rescheduled within 90 days of notice and there is no
eligibility for a refund.
No rescheduling or
refunds are allowed for “no shows”.
While we make every effort to deliver all classes for which
we accept registrations, we reserve the right to cancel or
reschedule at any time. In the event we cancel a class, you will
receive a full refund for all fees paid. As always, we will
keep you informed of the status of any class, as fast as possible.
We are not liable for travel expenses or any other expenses you may
incur.
