     After your order has been processed by Sage Software, you will receive an e-mail containing your customer number, serial number and software download instructions (with License Bundle).  You will also receive an email that will have the ACT! Getting Started Support information, a link to schedule your training session and the training follow-up Q&A submission form.

• ACT! for Real Estate Training must be completed within 30 days of purchase

• You will need a high speed internet connection for the training session, we will be using the secure GoToMeeting or GoToAssist as the meeting tool

• ACT! for Real Estate software must be installed and a database created prior to the scheduled training session

• Installation assistance is provided by Sage Software - ACT! Getting Started Support

• ACT! Getting Started Support is valid for 30 days from license purchase date

• 1 Year Q&A for follow-up questions on training topics is valid for 365 days from purchase date

• Questions must be submitted through the provided online submission form

• Answers will be provided via email within 2 business days

• For questions beyond the training topics covered, additional training and consulting services are available
